Eco project completed in 1995. Nuns Toilet in kila Nunnery:
Bhutan Eco tours and Adventure have coordinated and have completed three units of toilets at the Kila Nunnery in paro in 1995.  This project has come through Journeys with Spirit, Mr. Ken Ballard tour, sponsored by Mrs. Marcia Aron and Mrs. Lori.Kila Nunnery has got 40 officially enrolled Nuns studying at the Nunnery. At times there are over 100 people attending the religious puja ceremony twice a year, and they have so much problem due to lack of proper toilet. During our pilgrimage tour to this Nunnery we have encountered their problem and have included this in to our eco project.

Solar light installed at the Woulathang Community Primary School in Punakha (2007):
This project has been possible with the help of the HLF, Himalayan light foundation, Mr. Adam Friedensohn, founder of the Himalayan Light foundation, and Mrs.Suzanna Dickerson HLF USA Director, and the tour leader for the group sponsoring the solar light in the Woulathang Community primary school. The group consists of students and parent from the American school. This project not only benefited the school with the lights, but they have now established a good friendship between the students from Bhutan with the students from the American school.

Woulatyhang community primary school has got 143 students, and they do not have light in the school. With the installation of the solar light the school has now extended more skills development classes and they extended the day in to the night and evening classes for many other extra classes for the students.

Library books for the Monastic school:
In 2001, through the journeys with spirit tour group, a good quantity of religious text Books and many other Tibetan text reading materials have been donated to the Lodark Monastry in kharichhu Dratsang, bumthang.

Shoes for the Monastic school in Bumthang:
Again with the assistance from Dr.of USA, Bhutan eco tours have facilited to supply 200 pairs of walking shoes for the orphanage monk students at the Lhodark Monastery in Kharchhu Dratsang.
